Stiven Jareth has adapted quickly to life at AHLE after his arrival in 2018, and is very happy here. He lived with his mother but was neglected while she worked and Stiven spent the majority of his time in the streets. He was hanging around with other vagrant kids, learning to smoke, steal and beg. He was at a high social risk of being recruited into the gangs.His birthday is April 9, 2010.
|Mario Rene was abandoned by his mother at one year of age. He lived with his father in extreme poverty and they were often seen collecting cans and bottles in an attempt to raise money to feed themselves. There was no money for school and in the short time he has been at AHLE he has shown how much he values this opportunity. He is focused and doing well in school. He is curious about many Subjects. His birthday is February 6, 2006.||Luis Fernando was rescued by and brought to AHLE in June 2015 at 8 years of age. Luis was recruited and being used by gang members as a lookout. His mother homeless and jobless with some mental challenges placed Luis in even a higher social risk. His mother who was very grateful for Luis being accepted into the foundation, lost her life to a violent crime in July 2016. His birthday is October 30, 2006|

|Jose Julian arrived at AHLE February 2015. Living in extreme poverty, he and his mother suffered physical abuse from his father a drug addict. Julian ran away from home due to the abuse and later found refuge in a police station. Julian has adapted very well to life at AHLE. He loves animals and is responsible for caring for the pet rabbits at AHLE.

|Jorge Alberto came to AHLE with his brother Angel in 2015. His father left for the United States soon after his birth and does not send support. His mother rents a room when possible financially but with 3 children was unable to support them. They were found living with no furniture and no food. His birthday is January 7, 2011||Jefrey Emanuel came to AHLE in July 2017 with his two brothers.He lived with his parents and his 2 older siblings in extreme poverty. His parents both tried their best to support them working long hours in a textile factory but it did not provide enough to support the family and send the boys to school. Jefrey has adjusted well, is a good natured and a happy child.His birthday is January 20, 2009|

|Denny Alejandro came to us in June 2017. He lived with his mother in extreme poverty and she did not have the financial means or support to provide him with basic necessities or send him to school. Wandering the streets, he was at high social risk of being recruited into gangs. Denny is quick to smile, has a great laugh and enjoys being with all his new “brothers”.

|Cristofer Samuel and his brother Christian Jafeth were brought to AHLE in February 2016. Their mother cleaned a tortilla shack in exchange for food for the children and they slept where they could find shelter. Their father a drug addict sold the children but their grandfather took them away before the exchange took place. Cristofer’s birthday is June 22, 2007.||Christian Jafeth and his brother Cristofer Samuel were brought to AHLE in February 2016. |Hector Moises came to AHLE with his younger brother Jose Aviel in February 2018. They were abandoned by their mother and lived in a situation of extreme poverty. They ate once a day when their father could provide food. Homeless, they wandered from place to place. The boys roaming the streets were at a high risk to join the gangs as did their older brother. Hector is adapting quickly and is happy to be at AHLE. His birthday is April 05, 2004.||Carlos Moises came to AHLE IN 2018. His mother abandoned him at 3 months of age. His father wanted to care for him, but he could not work and take care of Carlos so the child went to live with the paternal grandparents. Living in extreme poverty and advancing in age, it became very difficult for them to continue caring for Carlos or send him to school. Carlos is a happy child and has adapted quickly to his new home. His birthday is November 29, 2011.|
|Nilson Abidail came to AHLE in Feb. 2018. Abandoned by his mother, he lived with his father who is a ginger farmer in the mountains. Living in poverty, his father also takes care of his 95 year old parents and does not have the means to provide education to his son. Nilson is eager to share his knowledge of plants, ginger and its healing properties. He loves being with his father but knows the best decision is to be at AHLE and prepare for a better future. His birthday is July 9, 2008|
