Fill out the Sponsorship Form, providing us your name, address, phone number and email address. Let us know which child you have chosen to sponsor (by name)
Select your payment method:
a. Mail us a check every month
b. Charge your Visa, MasterCard or American Express. Call us to provide your credit card info or list your credit card number, expiration date, and CCV # on the Sponsorship Form
